1. Informational tool
GearPassport helps organise equipment information. It does not replace manufacturer instructions, professional inspection, maintenance expertise or safety procedures.
2. User responsibility
Users are responsible for checking stored information, service dates, part compatibility and the condition of their equipment.
3. Local data and backups
The static MVP may lose locally stored records when browser data is cleared, devices are changed or storage is reset. Users should export backups regularly.
4. Availability
The service may change as features are developed. No uninterrupted availability is promised for this evaluation build.
5. Third-party links
Search and external links are provided for convenience. GearPassport does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or suitability of third-party content or products.
6. Commercial details
Add the operating business name, address, jurisdiction, payment terms, cancellation policy and support details before accepting paid subscriptions.
